FIRST TIME CLIENT APPOINTMENTS
First time clients booking your appointment is simple, just use our contact form above. Alternatively you can contact us on Facebook, Instagram, email us at info@hayley-newman.com or text our clinic on 07305 185835.
Please expect an initial 2 week waiting list for first time clients. We are only a small salon, graciously operating with a large, loyal client base. Offering one-to-one personal service.
Select treatments may require a 48 hour patch test prior to your treatment. This will be completed in the clinic. Please contact us if you require further information.

Street parking is generally available outside our location, which is a 20 minute walk from Margate train station.

TERMS OF SERVICE
BOOKING INFO:
- A request for your 30% deposit to secure your booking will be sent to you prior to your appointment, unless you have booked and paid the deposit through our online booking app.
- Please complete the payment request within 72hrs.
- Your appointment will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not paid.
PATCH TESTING & COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY:
- You must allow 2 weeks post COVID-19 Vaccine to receive in-clinic Environ treatments (applies to both doses).
Patch testing for brow & lash treatments must be completed in-clinic if:
- You are a new client.
- It has been longer than 6 months since your last visit with us.
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 since your last visit to us.
- There has been any change to your medical history.
- You have received the COVID-19 vaccine since your last visit with us ( this applies to both doses).
*a period of 48hrs with no symptoms and a negative COVID-19 test must have passed before completing a new patch test.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:
- Please cancel/ rearrange your appointment if you do not feel well.
- Any deposits paid will be deemed returnable/transferable if sufficient notice has been given. This is a minimum of 48 hours.
- Failure to inform us of a cancellation or amendment to your booking with less than 48 hours notice will void any deposits paid.
- Failure to notify us of any change to your medical history, resulting in your treatment being cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will void any deposits paid.
CLINIC PROTOCOL:
- Sanitise hands on arrival.
- Wear a face covering unless exempt.
- Arrive for your appointment on time.
- Attend your appointments alone, where possible.
- Due to insurance reasons we cannot treat any clients under the age of 16 years.
- Complete the relevant consultation forms & health forms before attending your appointment.
