Booking your appointment is simple using our online booking page or use our contact form above.

We are only a small clinic, graciously operating with a large, loyal client base. Offering one-to-one personal service, where at times you may experience a short wait for an available appointment.

48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text/email from us, which we ask you reply to at your earliest convenience.

TERMS OF SERVICE
BOOKING INFO:
- 30% non-refundable booking fee required upon booking (for HN Beauty & Skincare services).
- If you have made your booking in person/over the phone please complete the payment request within 72 hours. Your appointment may automatically be cancelled if the booking fee is not paid.
- For external clinics
- SD Cosmetics, LS Skin & Laser and RNR Holistic: Card details will be held on file to secure your booking. In the event that sufficient cancellation notice is not given, 30% of the treatment fee will be charged to your stored card or if this is not held on file this will be requested via email.
- Contoured By Holly: A non-refundable deposit is payable directly to Contoured By Holly. This amount is then deducted from your final treatment.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY (for HN Beauty & Skincare services):
- A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled booking is required should you need to cancel/amend your appointment.
-The booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within this time.
- Failure to inform us of a cancellation or amendment to your booking with less than 48 hours notice will void any booking fees paid.
- Failure to notify us of any change to your medical history, resulting in your treatment being cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will void any booking fees paid.
- Less than 3 hours notice incurs a 50% charge of the missed appointment.
- No shows/missed appointments incurs a 100% charge of the missed appointment.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your booking due to our busy client schedule. In such cases, the full treatment cost will still be due.

- The above clinics hold card details on file and reserve the right to charge the following fees in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as listed below:
- A rate of 30% of treatment value for less than 48 hours notice,
- Less than 3 hours notice incurs a 50% charge of the missed appointment.
- No shows/missed appointments incurs a 100% charge of the missed appointment.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your booking due to our busy client schedule. In such cases, the full treatment cost will still be due.

Contoured By Holly requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings. No-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
-If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your booking due to our busy client schedule. In such cases, the full treatment cost will still be due.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL & TEXT
- As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email with any new booking/amendment, a reminder email & text message (48 hours prior).
- Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a cancellation fee.
PATCH TESTING POLICY:
Patch testing for IPL and Laser treatments must be completed in clinic if:
- You are a new client.
- It has been longer than 6 months since your last visit with us.
- There has been any change to your medical history.
CLINIC PROTOCOL:
- Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted into the clinic during treatments.
- Arrive for your appointment on time.
- Attend your appointments alone, where possible.
- Due to insurance reasons we cannot treat any clients under the age of 16 years.
- Complete the relevant consultation forms before attending your appointment.
*if you have ticked yes to any of the questions please contact us directly to discuss this with us as it could effect your appointment.
