Booking your appointment is simple using our online booking page or use our contact form above.

We are only a small salon, graciously operating with a large, loyal client base. Offering one-to-one personal service, where at times you may experience a short wait for an available appointment.
Select treatments may require a 48 hour patch test prior to your treatment. This will be completed in the clinic. Please contact us if you require further information.
48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text/eMail from us, which we ask you reply to at your earliest convenience.
Please arrive promptly to your appointment.
Street parking is generally available outside our location, which is a 20 minute walk from Margate train station.

TERMS OF SERVICE
.BOOKING INFO:
- 30% booking fee required upon booking (for HN Beauty & Skincare services).
- If you have made your booking in person/over the phone please complete the payment request within 72hrs. Your appointment will automatically be cancelled if the booking fee is not paid.
- For external clinics (SD Cosmetics, LS Aesthetics & RNR Holistic) in the event that sufficient cancellation notice is not given, 30% of the treatment fee will be charged to your stored card.
PATCH TESTING POLICY:
Patch testing for brow & lash treatments must be completed in clinic if:
- You are a new client.
- It has been longer than 6 months since your last visit with us.
- There has been any change to your medical history (this includes covid, pregnancy or any vaccinations since your last visit).
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY:
- A minimum of 48hrs notice prior to your scheduled booking is required should you need to cancel/amend your appointment.
-Any booking fees paid will be deemed returnable/transferable if sufficient notice has been given.
- Failure to inform us of a cancellation or amendment to your booking with less than 48 hrs notice will void any booking fees paid.
- Failure to notify us of any change to your medical history, resulting in your treatment being cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice will void any booking fees paid.
- No shows/missed appointments incurs a 100% charge of the missed appointment.
- Less than 3 hours notice incurs a 50% charge of the missed appointment.
- External clinic's charge a rate of 30% of treatment value for less than 48 hrs notice or no show.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL & TEXT
- As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation email with any new booking/amendment, a reminder email & text message (48hrs prior).
- Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a cancellation fee.
CLINIC PROTOCOL:
- Arrive for your appointment on time.
- Attend your appointments alone, where possible.
- Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted into the clinic during treatments.
- Due to insurance reasons we cannot treat any clients under the age of 16 years.
- Complete the relevant consultation forms before attending your appointment.
